Job Description
Abode Services is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide housing services to individuals who are homeless in Alameda County. The role involves providing counseling, referrals, and developing individualized housing plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field
- 2 years case management experience providing services to homeless or low-income individuals and/or families
- Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance
- Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend hours
