The Human Resources Business Partner (HR Manager) plays a strategic role in partnering with business leaders to align human resources strategies and initiatives with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on HR-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on business partnering in a dynamic, multi-business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing change and driving HR initiatives that support business growth.
