Senior Collections Advisor

Abound is looking for a Senior Collections Advisor to join their team in Milton Keynes. The role requires an experienced individual to balance credit and conduct risk while delivering the right outcomes for customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a good understanding of FCA regulation, and experience with debt solutions. The role involves handling customer chats, receiving and making telephony calls, assessing customer affordability, and setting affordable payment plans.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail
• Good understanding of FCA regulation including CONC7 and DPA requirements
• Awareness of debt solutions such as Payment Arrangements, DMPs, IVAs, Trust Deeds, DROs, Breathing Space
• Understanding of Customer Vulnerability and ability to identify and manage
• Comfortable working with statements and ledgers to interpret transactions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Strong team player
