Technical Talent Sourcer

Abound is looking for a Tech Sourcer to help build talent pipelines for their Engineering, Data Science, AI, and Credit Risk teams. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role, and will be responsible for sourcing high-quality technical talent.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar talent-focused role
• Proven experience sourcing for software engineering or technical roles
• Comfortable owning multiple pipelines simultaneously
• Strong understanding of how to find and engage passive technical talent
