Senior Director, Development

About Fresh is seeking a Senior Director of Development to lead national fundraising strategy, with a primary focus on major gifts and foundation relations. The role is fully remote within the United States, with travel expected 4–6 times per year.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a development role in national nonprofit organizations
• Proven ability to personally cultivate, solicit, and close six- and seven-figure gifts and grants
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
