Job Description
Temporary Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and implement performance marketing strategy and goals in coordination with the team lead marketing. Responsibilities include planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of online campaigns, A/B testing, and organizational tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing
- In-depth understanding of performance marketing, KPIs, and conversion optimization
- Experience in implementing campaigns for specific channels: Google Ads & Meta Ads (SEA & Paid Social)
- Knowledge of META and Google business, and analytics tools, as well as CRM interfaces
- Well-developed communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality
- Quick understanding, high motivation, and analytical thinking
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
