Job Description
We are looking for a Patient Services Representative to provide excellent customer service experience to patients. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative in a medical office, and basic computer knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative in a medical office
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of ICS-10
- Medical Terminology (preferred)
- Previous experience with medical insurance verification or coding & billing (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
