Job Description
AVID Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Intake Coordinator to assist prospective customers in reviewing their energy needs and scheduling no-cost home energy assessments to improve energy efficiency and utility cost savings.
Requirements
- 1-2 years similar experience in sales or marketing of residential home work or construction
- Prior experience in a high-volume phone sales handling outbound and inbound calls and emails
- Prior experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Proficient in English, Spanish or Portuguese a plus
- Self-motivated and an ability to work independently or as part of a team
