AVID Energy Solutions seeks a Customer Intake Coordinator/Sales Development Representative to work remotely in the US, assisting prospective customers with no-cost home energy assessments and qualifying them for energy efficient incentives.
Requirements
- 1-2 years similar experience in sales or marketing of residential home work or construction
- 1+ years of experience with the Mass Save program or similar residential home auditing program
- Prior experience in a high-volume phone sales handling outbound and inbound calls and emails
- Prior experience working remotely
- Prior experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Proficient in English, if you speak Spanish or Portuguese it's a plus
- Self-motivated and an ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and manage deadlines to achieve goals
