Job Description
This is a full-time, direct placement role at Climate Systems, seeking an experienced HVAC Team Lead to lead field operations and manage a team of commercial HVAC technicians.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC service
- Prior experience supervising or mentoring technicians in a field-based role
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
