Job Description
This is a full-time, direct placement role at Climate Systems. Climate Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced and driven HVAC Team Lead to lead field operations, manage a team of commercial HVAC technicians, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and installations.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC service
- Prior experience supervising or mentoring technicians in a field-based role
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex HVAC systems
- Proficiency with OEM/vendor apps and HVAC-related software tools
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to jobsite safety
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
