Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry
- Relevant HVAC certifications and licenses
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD)
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, installation processes, and relevant building codes
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project resources effectively
