Premier Construction Group is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and tenant improvement projects across retail, restaurant, and convenience store sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with experience in ground-up projects and a strong background in retail, restaurant, or convenience store construction. This role involves managing field operations, driving schedules, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience with ground-up projects required
- Retail, restaurant, or convenience store experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
