The Training & Instructional Design Specialist 3 is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs, digital learning solutions, and instructional content that support program stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree + Five years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree + Three years of relevant experience
- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or adult learning
- Demonstrated experience developing training for diverse audiences
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Experience designing accessible (Section 508-compliant) digital learning content
