The application support engineer will be responsible for executing daily tasks within the technology support team, focusing on the personal trading aspect of ACA Technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Conduct analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of incidents related to brokerage account connections
- Manage cases comprehensively, including logging, monitoring, updating, prioritizing, and resolving calls, emails, and indirect inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to determine corrective actions or feasible workarounds for incident resolution
- Offer recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership, leveraging insights to advocate for both internal and external users
- Demonstrate proficiency in meeting deadlines, delivering exceptional support, and producing progress reports and documentation of client responses
