Associate Application Support Engineer position is integral to the daily operations of our technology support team, with a focus on personal trading components of ACA Technology platforms.
Requirements
- Perform in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of incidents related to clients' trades, holdings, and securities
- Utilize MS-SQL to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical and data anomalies
- Fully manage support cases by logging, monitoring, updating, prioritizing, and resolving calls, emails, and indirect inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve data-related issues efficiently
- Work collaboratively with developers and product owners to identify corrective actions or effective workarounds for incident resolution
- Provide expert guidance on corrective actions and system configuration adjustments
- Document processes, resolutions, and best practices to enhance team knowledge
