Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for business-critical applications.
Provide application support and incident resolution, monitor application health, performance, and availability, troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues, and more.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to ensure application stability, performance, availability, and adherence to service level agreements.
