Director (MS), Regulatory Filings

The Director of Regulatory Filings will own the end-to-end performance of the Regulatory Filings service line, accountable for delivery quality, capacity, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years in regulatory operations, compliance services, or adjacent professional services.
• Direct, hands-on experience with regulatory filing execution in a client delivery setting.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, executable operational processes.
• Prior involvement in audits, exams, or regulatory review related to filings.
