Job Description
The American First Finance (AFF) Compliance team seeks a Compliance Lead to help them comply with regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and improve processes. This role involves advising on and monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to laws and regulations. The team supports product and market launches while providing greater control, oversight and treatment to consumers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consumer regulatory compliance
- 2 or more years of management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CRCM or similar compliance certification is a plus
- Excellent collaboration skills across Sales, Operations, IT, and Data teams
