Job Description
The Waterpark Manager-on-Duty (MOD) is responsible for ensuring safe, clean, and efficient club operations, providing Five-Star service, and acting as the first responder to all incidents and emergencies.
Requirements
- Experience in fast-paced, service-based environments preferred
- Experience handling emergency situations strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Experienced Lifeguard
- Current Lifeguard certification required prior to first day of employment
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required
- Red Cross Lifeguard certification preferred
- College degree preferred
