Group Therapist (State Licensure Required) - Full Time

Group Therapist role at Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health, providing therapeutic treatment and counseling to patients, guiding them in skills and strategies for management of mental illness and substance abuse.

Requirements

• Collaborate with nursing staff and treatment teams to promote patients' treatment and recovery
• Perform necessary documentation, develop and facilitate groups, and assist with patient-related activities under supervision
• Formulate short-term goals and interventions for patients based on Therapeutic Admissions Assessment and consistent with established long-term goals
• Work with treatment team to learn and teach patients' needs and provide individual interventions
