Long-Term Care Regional Sales Manager

Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Long-Term Care Regional Sales Manager to coach, lead, and develop a high-performing team of sales specialists. The successful candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, including at least 2 years of sales management experience, and a strong understanding of the LTC environment. The role involves extensive travel, up to 80%, and requires a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales
• At least 2 years of sales management experience
• Neuroscience experience preferred
• Prior LTC experience strongly preferred
