ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time (24 Hours Per Week) Community Manager to oversee affordable housing communities located in Wautoma and Redgranite, Wisconsin.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of property management or industry related experience required.
- Knowledge of project-based section 8 or section 42 experience a plus.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws a plus.
