Charming cottage-style apartment community in Waupaca, WI, looking for a part-time Community Manager to oversee daily operations, build relationships with residents, and ensure compliance with Section 42 regulations.
Requirements
- Property management experience preferred
- Familiarity with Section 42 guidelines or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
