Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance operations for two properties.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience
- Multi-family property maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies
