We're looking for a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team and support two well-kept apartment communities. As our go-to maintenance expert, you'll play a vital role in keeping both communities safe, functional, and looking their best.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience (property maintenance preferred)
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repair
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
