Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to support two beautiful apartment communities in Wisconsin. The role involves handling general maintenance requests, preparing apartments for new residents, and maintaining clean and safe grounds and common areas.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience (apartment, residential, or similar preferred)
- Working knowledge of general repairs (HVAC certification is a plus, but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation (for travel between properties)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to be on-call for emergency maintenance as needed
