Property Maintenance Technician (Multi-Site) (Part-Time: 20 Hours Per Week)

ACC Management Group is seeking a motivated and dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
• Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
• Must be able to physically inspect the properties
• Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
