Job Description
We're looking for a Part-Time Property Maintenance Technician to help keep our property safe, clean, and comfortable for our residents. This is a hands-on role that requires routine maintenance and repair requests, as well as preventative maintenance and property upkeep.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
