Property Maintenance Technician (Part-Time: 20 Hours Per Week)

We're looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician who's ready to roll up their sleeves, solve problems, and keep our property looking their best. This 20-hour-per-week position is perfect for someone with general maintenance knowledge who enjoys hands-on work and never has the same day twice.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
• Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
• Must be able to physically inspect the properties
• Basic knowledge and able to use a variety of equipment including circular saw, drill, jig saw, electrical tester, hand tools, power tools, and cordless tools
