Job Description
ACC Management Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support operations of residential communities, performing maintenance tasks and participating in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
