Job Description
ACC Management Group is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of our property in Plymouth, WI. This position requires on-call to maintenance needs after hours and has the potential for additional on-call rotation responsibilities at other nearby properties.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
