Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to turn them into enthusiastic brand advocates, capturing customer success stories, and amplifying the voice of the customer.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a customer advocacy strategy
- Identify satisfied customers and recruit them into advocacy programs
- Manage customer reference programs to support sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling customer stories
- Partner with customer success and support teams to identify advocacy opportunities
- Organise and manage customer events, webinars, and community initiatives
- Track and report on advocacy program performance and ROI
- Gather and share customer feedback with product and leadership teams
- Maintain relationships with key customer champions and stakeholders
