Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/w/d)

Compensation & Benefits Specialist role at Accelleron, responsible for global compensation, benefits, and mobility projects, with a focus on harmonization and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience with strong business acumen
• Proven experience with job evaluation methodologies such as Hay or similar grading systems
• Solid background in global mobility management, including end-to-end handling of international assignments
• Professional experience in global compensation processes, including annual cycles and incentive plan administration, ideally in Workday
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders and external partners
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• High proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) required
