Requirements
- 4â7+ years of experience in Customer Success / Technical Account Management / Digital Operations
- Comfort with maritime efficiency topics or willingness to ramp quickly
- Executive presence, structured communication, and outcome storytelling skills
- Technical fluency in data integrations, APIs, and analytics dashboards
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, and collaboration tools
- Proficiency in English; additional languages encouraged
