Global HSE Manager (m/f/d), (80-100%)

Accelleron is seeking a Global HSE Manager to lead the development and maintenance of Group-level control standards, policies, and guidelines in line with ISO standards. The successful candidate will provide technical and specialist HSE support to all divisions to effectively implement the HSE Management System.

Requirements

• Higher National Certificate, Technical Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with practical experience in an engineering environment
• Professional HSE qualification equivalent to NEBOSH Diploma or Degree, IOSH Certified Safety Practitioner, or national Health & Safety professional certification
• 5–7 years of hands-on technical experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or service operations
• Approximately 10 years of comprehensive HSE experience in manufacturing or service environments with a global footprint
• Proven experience implementing High-Risk Activity Minimum Standards and relevant codes of practice
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
