We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a lead role
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flows, security, and data management
- Experience supporting Sales, Service, and Delivery operations in an IT Services/Consulting environment
- Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver business-ready solutions
- Experience with AppExchange products and integrations
- Strong understanding of release management and environment strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
