We are seeking passionate and experienced Retail Managers for our Platypus locations in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. The role involves ensuring efficient operation of the store, motivating the team, and achieving sales targets.
Ensure efficient operation of the store, motivate the team, monitor sales, manage wage costs, coach and mentor team members, and maintain OH&S management.
This role is for those with a strong background in retail operations, team leadership, and customer service. You will have the opportunity to grow your career and join the Future Leaders program.
