Job Description
The role of IT Business Analyst involves collaborating with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, with a focus on the Retail and Corporate Banking and Customer domains. As a Business and Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping user functionalities and driving the development of clear acceptance criteria. The role requires leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in creating functional specifications.
- Established expertise in Banking, especially within Retail and Corporate Banking and Customer services is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
