Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical IT Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions that improve our clients' business processes and information systems.
Requirements
- University degree (Computer Science or related field - a Master's degree is a plus)
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in software application consulting
- Experience in Business Automation and/or Digital Transformation projects
- Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements
- Good understanding of business systems (ERP, CRM, Workflow systems, or other enterprise applications)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with document management and workflow solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Excellent command of English
