Job Description
Make an impact on how the world gets built by working with a team of project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists to develop and deliver factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure. Identify permits and approvals, prepare and submit permit applications, and interpret and communicate permitting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in urban planning, environmental science, engineering, public administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience obtaining permits assessments for transit related projects, WA state permitting experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, building codes, and land use policies
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
