Job Description
Lead the delivery of controls services on large, complex construction programs and projects, defining controls approach, policies, procedures, and team structures. Analyze requirements and provide recommendations for program and project control systems and tools. Manage controls processes, oversee reporting data, and deliver updates to client leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years using Oracle/Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Proficiency with program management software such as e-Builder, Unifier, Kahua
- Ability to manage a team of staff, of various disciplines
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Learning oriented, creative, and possess advanced problem-solving skills
