Job Description
Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Resident Engineer for highway and roadway construction projects in California. This full-time, on-site role involves inspection, quality assurance, coordination with contractors and utilities, and maintaining project records. The position will be onsite with clients to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships, contributing to the reinvention of how capital projects are planned, designed, managed, and executed.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California
- Minimum 1 construction highway project for or on Caltrans
- Minimum 8 years’ experience conducting roadway and highway construction inspection in major public works projects
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with stress analysis, structural mechanics, and strength of materials
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with physical characteristics and properties of various roadway and bridge construction materials including concrete and steel
