Job Description
Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Resident Engineer (Highway) to provide inspection and quality assurance on highway and roadway construction projects in San Francisco, CA. This role involves coordinating with contractors, public utilities, and maintaining project records, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications. The position focuses on improving project performance and outcomes using data, technology, and AI.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California
- Minimum 1 construction highway project for or on Caltrans
- Minimum 8 years’ experience conducting roadway and highway construction inspection in major public works projects
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with stress analysis, structural mechanics, and strength of materials
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with physical characteristics and properties of various roadway and bridge construction materials including concrete and steel
