We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Access Representative to join our Patient Access team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients by managing appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and supporting provider schedules.

Requirements

• Schedule patient appointments and accurately enter data into the system.
• Collect and verify demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Explain and obtain signatures for required forms.
• Ensure compliance with medical necessity and authorization requirements.
• Collect patient payments and establish payment arrangements.
• Post payments and generate receipts.
• Resolve patient account issues and maintain thorough documentation.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, providers, and staff.
• Meet performance metrics and participate in team projects and meetings.
