Property Caretaker

We are seeking a full time Property Caretaker to perform general cleaning and maintenance of our multi-unit housing building. The Property Caretaker will maintain a clean and safe environment, complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs, and perform administrative duties such as inventory of supplies and move out inspections.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Work both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A minimum of one year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
