Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment buildings in Dickinson, ND. The job includes maintaining a clean and safe environment, completing minor building and unit maintenance repairs, and performing routine errands.
Requirements
- One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
- Ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to interact with individuals appropriately
