Job Description
We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to provide two-tier supports to all applications, assist end users, and identify production issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong application support background, hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, database knowledge, and experience with scheduling tools.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related
- 5 or more years related work experience preferably in banking and financial sector
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience troubleshooting complex, distributed software applications
