Accion Labs is a global technology services firm seeking a Production Support L1-L2 professional to investigate production issues, manage user queries, and provide necessary information for further investigation. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, business knowledge, and IT skills in JAVA, J2EE technology, and DB.
Requirements
