ACCIONA is seeking a knowledgeable and committed Compliance Officer to strengthen its Compliance function in North America, leading the deployment of ACCIONA's Compliance Model and ensuring ongoing alignment with U.S. federal and state regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in compliance roles, with solid exposure to U.S. regulatory frameworks, ideally in the infrastructure sectors
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs, including areas such as anti-corruption, antitrust, and trade compliance
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state regulatory landscapes
- Experience working in or with multinational organizations and cross-border teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and autonomy, with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
