Job Description
ACCIONA is seeking a knowledgeable and committed Compliance Officer to strengthen its Compliance function in North America. The role will lead and coordinate the progressive deployment of ACCIONA's Compliance Model across North America operations, ensuring robust implementation and follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in compliance roles, with solid exposure to U.S. regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs, including areas such as anti-corruption, antitrust, and trade compliance
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state regulatory landscapes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
